At Mivei, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log in to your Mivei account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the products in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the items are in their original, unused condition.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
